Dave Plowman has been working within youth work across North London for the past 10 years. This has included local youth work, summer camps, weekend residential and mission trips both with churches and youth organisations.
Dave is a qualified pediatric nurse and has worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital for the past 6 years. He is currently working within the clinical response team and is responsible for the safe management of the hospital and provides an expert clinical service to the hospital on a Trust wide level.
Dave currently runs the n:flame Youth Celebration which is going on tour as of January 2009 visiting 7 North London boroughs in 7 months. He is also responsible for leading n:flame mission teams working with churches both in the UK and abroad.
Dave is part of a church plant in Bush Hill Park, Enfield called The 4o'clock Service.
Rach Plowman - Enfield Free Church

Rachel is a School teacher at Southbury Primary School, she has been involved with Youth and student work in London and has run numerous events for students and young people. She was responsible for Evangelism at Roehampton University and has been on leadership teams for activity camps, youth missions and holidays. Rachel is part of the n:flame celebration team and along with Dave, attends the 4 o'clock Church in Bush Hill Park.
Pete Goldring – New River Church

Pete is also involved in Hope Enfield, a cross church network that facilitates churches to work together in prayer and action and is helping with the n:flame Celebration Tour in 2009.
In addition, he runs his own business, Gold Entertainment, which supplies, installs and hires sound lighting and audio visual equipment as well as providing event management services for outdoor events.
He is on the leadership team of New River Church, Edmonton.
Kev Nash
Go.Festival Site Manager
Kev is the children's Pastor at Kings Road Church in Berkhamsted, which includes over seeing all the children's work at the church and managing several teams of volunteers.He is also a qualified pediatric nurse working at Great Ormond Street Hospital in the Renal/Urology Departments.
Over the past few years he has worked in a number of youth and children’s work settings, including church based clubs and events, schools work and residential in both a professional and voluntary capacity. This has involved running morning holiday clubs for up to 200 children and summer residential holidays for up to 100 children. He also manages a team volunteers who provide theatre lighting at the n:flame Celebration.
Steve Neale
Go.Serve Director, North Region
Steve Neale has been working with youth and children for the past 20 years for various churches and organisations. He has been responsible for the setting up and running of youth and children’s clubs as well as overseeing camps and overseas trips.
His first large children’s club ran weekly on a Saturday and had a membership of 750 children aged 5 to 14 years with children coming from 17 different housing estates across south east London. Weekly attendance ranged from 300 to 350 children and young people. Steve oversaw all aspects of the club including staffing, health and safety and organising the bussing in of children to the club. He gained a CPC (certificate of professional competence in coach transport operations) in order to better oversee the transport side of the club.
Steve has been responsible for organising children’s and youth camps for up to 200 young people on a regular basis in the south of England. He has also taken many teams of young people overseas to places such as France and South Africa.
He is part of ChristChurch, Barnet where he was until recently the Youth Pastor but is currently involved in a youth project on the nearby Dollis Valley Estate.
Andie Frost
Go.Serve Director, South Region
Andie has been involved in youth work since 1975. He has worked with a number of national and area youth organisations and for the past fifteen years has been focused on North London youth outreach and schools work, covering six boroughs.
Andie has a history of event management ranging from youth adventure camps (Youth for Christ) and town wide youth initiatives (Scripture Union) through to being on the leadership team for ‘Soul in the City’ Haringey and heading up a project on Lordship Lane Rec., Tottenham. He also has experience in organising concerts and other community events. One recent event was a cross church project ‘Aim Higher Reach Deeper’ in 2006 and 2007 on the Northumberland Park Estate, London N17.
Andie has been on the leadership team of the n:flame Trust since 1997 and currently heads up the schools work in Haringey, runs the Le Training Course, overseas the Gap Year Scheme and often leads national and international mission trips as part of his role. He is also is involved with Pray Haringey and the Peace Alliance.
He is part of Lifeline Church based in N & E London.
Graham Turl
Go.Festival Administrator
Graham has been involved with Youth Work since 1994. In that time he has had various goes at running the youth group at Christ Church North Finchley in north London, both working alongside paid youth workers and as overall volunteer youth leader. Most years since 1994 he has also helped to run summer CYFA youth ventures at various locations, mainly in the Midlands. In the gaps when he is not doing youth work he tries to fit in a career as an engineer in the railway industry.
Tim Atkins
Church Leadership Co-ordinator
Tim has had a heart for youth work ever since before he was ordained. He has been vicar at Christ Church North Finchley in north London since 1991 and during this time he has championed the youth work, stepping in to lead the youth group from time to time in periods when there has been no other overall youth leader. In the 1990s he and his wife were overall leaders of CYFA summer ventures at Cawston in Norfolk then at various sites in the Midlands including Bakewell in Derbyshire and Denstone in Staffordshire. Tim is currently the chair of Churches Together in Finchley. He keeps fit riding his bike all over the place.
